Return & Refunds

We understand that sometimes items work, look, feel or fit somewhat different in person and that returns are sometimes needed. For this reason, we accept returns for all new, non-used, non-installed products within 30 days after delivery date, no questions asked.

Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in the original manufacture packaging, with tags, including labeling, manuals, hardware, etc. and free of any installation marks or attempts.
Return Process
Request a return online through our Self-Service Returns page To get started, simply log into your SVS PowerSports account, select the order that you wish to make a return on to begin and choose the reason for your return. If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return authorization with instructions on how and where to send your package, if applicable a shipping label could be requested after your return is approved. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted or will delay the process of your returned item.

Returns are processed in the order in which they are received, refunds are typically issued within 7-14 days of us receiving your item back to our location. Please allow extra time to process returns during the holiday seasons. Once the return has been received, inspected and processed we will notify you to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, all Items are returned in a new, unopened and unused condition, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Denied, used or damaged items
Any items with clear or slight signs of use, installation attempts, scratches, scuffs, dirt, grease, oil, bugs, odors, hairs, modified in any way, mounted, tested on the road, or etc. will be denied and cannot be returned. Please confirm fitment, part numbers, sizes to fit before ordering and trying to install to avoid denials. If you need help, please contact our customer service team - We are here and happy to help!

Defective Items
A defective item is one that is inoperable but has no apparent damage. If an item fails due to manufacturing defects, we can offer a hassle free replacement of the item (subject to manufacturer warranty policy). In the event a replacement for your order is not in stock, we will offer a full refund or store credit for the item value and provide pre-paid postage when applicable. Do not send anything back without contacting a customer service specialist first.

Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately after delivery. If you've received a damaged product you MUST notify the customer service specialist within 13 days to initiate a damaged package claim. If the item is defective, damaged, or you're missing items from the shipment or receive the wrong item, please let us know and we may evaluate the issue and make it right. If an order arrives to you with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery and contact us. If you have accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please contact us immediately using the contact information included with the order. Please save all packaging material and paperwork for the order if shipping damage is a possible issue. Pictures of the product damage and shipping packaging will be needed to file a claim with the carrier. If you dispose of packaging material or attempt to return the merchandise without contacting us, you jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.

Limits of Responsibility
We accept no responsibility for user-initiated damage and/or loss of parts incurred during operation or use of product.

International and U.S. Territory Shipping
If you order from a website that provides shipping to international locations or US territories, these shipping destinations are identified at checkout. When you begin checkout, available shipping destinations can be selected from pull-down menus for Region and Country. If your desired destination is not included in the available selections, we cannot ship orders to it.

Errors on Our Site
Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where and when discovered. SVS PowerSports reserves the right to revoke any stated offer, cancel orders, and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in any stated offer or price, including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment processed. If your payment has already been processed for the purchase when your order is cancelled, SVS PowerSports will issue a credit to the payment method used in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with SVS PowerSports Return Policy. In the event that we find an error on our website or on behalf of an SVS PowerSports Representative, we will provide a return shipping label from the original delivery location when applicable.

Shipping costs
In most cases, the cost of return shipping will be the customer's responsibility, but this is evaluated on an order by order basis, and if warranted, a prepaid return label may be provided to you with your return instructions to cover the cost of return shipping. Discounted return shipping labels could be requested if your return is approved by replying to the return authorization email, which would be deducted from the refund total if approved. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. COD deliveries will not be accepted.

Restocking Fee
In most cases, we do not charge a restocking fee, but in the event the item returned is not in it's original packaging has been opened and needs to be sent back to the manufacturer for repackaging, a restocking fee may apply to your return. Typical restocking fees do not exceed 15% of the order value unless the item shows signs of use, modification, miss-use or tampering, in which case the customer maybe denied a refund and the item in question can be offered to be returned to the customer.

Lost Packages
If tracking information on your package indicates that it was delivered but the package is missing, please notify us within 14 days of the marked delivery date to initiate a claim and lost package tracer with the carrier. Refunds or replacements will not be ship until the tracer and claim is completed by the carrier. Each carrier follows and conducts their policy and could vary in the length of the claim process.
