Return & Refunds
We at SVS PowerSports understand that sometimes items work, look, feel or fit somewhat different in person and that returns are sometimes needed. For this reason, we accept returns for ALL New, Non-Used products within 30 days after delivery date, NO QUESTIONS ASKED!!!
A defective item is one that is inoperable but has no apparent damage. If you receive defective merchandise, please call us for assistance.
If an order arrives to you with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please contact us immediately using the contact information included with the order. Please save all packaging material and paperwork for the order if shipping damage is a possible issue. If you dispose of packaging material or attempt to return the merchandise without contacting us, you jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.
Limits of Responsibility
We accept no responsibility for user-initiated damage and/or loss of parts incurred during operation or use of product.
International and U.S. Territory Shipping
If you order from a website that provides shipping to international locations or US territories, these shipping destinations are identified at checkout. When you begin checkout, available shipping destinations can be selected from pull-down menus for Region and Country. If your desired destination is not included in the available selections, we cannot ship orders to it.
Errors on Our Site
Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where and when discovered. SVS Powersports. reserves the right to revoke any stated offer, cancel orders, and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in any stated offer or price, including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment processed. If your payment has already been processed for the purchase when your order is cancelled, SVS Powersports. will issue a credit to the payment method used in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with SVS Powersports Return Policy.
Return for Refund / Replacement:
All Items that are returned in a New, Unopened and Unused condition will be processed as a standard return and a refund or replacement will be issued within 1-4 business days of arrival at our location. When refunds are issued, they will be issued to the original source of the payment. We do not issue store credit. If a replacement or exchange is requested, any difference in the exchange/replacement value must be paid by the customer BEFORE the new order is shipped.
Damaged by Carrier or Defective / DOA Item Returns:
In the event an item ordered arrives Damaged by the carrier or DOA from the manufacturer or fails due to manufacturing defects, we can offer a hassle free replacement of the item (subject to manufacturer warranty policy). In the event a replacement for your order is not in stock, we will offer a FULL REFUND for the item value and cover all costs of returning the damaged / defective item to us (NEVER ship it to the manufacturer) and process your refund as soon as the item is returned.
In most cases, the cost of return shipping will be the customer's responsibility, but this is evaluated on an order by order basis, and if warranted, a prepaid return label may be provided to you with your return instructions to cover the cost of return shipping.
In most cases, we do not charge a restocking fee, but in the event the item returned is not in it's original packaging has been opened and needs to be sent back to the manufacturer for repackaging, a restocking fee may apply to your return (Damaged by carrier / Defective / DOA items are exempt from restocking fees). Typical restocking fees do not exceed 15% of the order value unless the item shows signs of use, modification, miss-use or tampering, in which case the customer maybe denied a refund and the item in question will be returned to the customer.
