If your order delivery address has service restrictions that can not be completed by certain carriers, it is your responsibility to notify us BEFORE the order is submitted or you will be held liable for any additional charges incurred for reshipping your order.
Order deliveries that are refused by the recipient at the time of delivery and are returned to us, will be processed as returns and are subject to our returns policy (please see returns policy page for additional details).
International and U.S. Territory Shipping
If you order from a website that provides shipping to international locations or US territories, these shipping destinations are identified at checkout. When you begin checkout, available shipping destinations can be selected from pull-down menus for Region and Country. If your desired destination is not included in the available selections, we cannot ship orders to it.

Return / Replacement Policy
We at SVS PowerSports understand that sometimes items work, look, feel or fit somewhat different in person and that returns are sometimes needed. For this reason, we accept returns for ALL New, Non-Used products within 30 days after delivery date, NO QUESTIONS ASKED!!!
Defective Items
A defective item is one that is inoperable but has no apparent damage. If you receive defective merchandise, please contact us immediately for assistance.
Damaged / Defective / DOA Items:
If an order arrives to you with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery and note the reason to the carrier and contact us IMMEDIATELY. If you have accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please contact us immediately using the contact information included with the order. If you are unsure but if shipping damage is a possible issue, please save all packaging materials and paperwork from the order and contact us if you encounter any issues. If you dispose of packaging material or attempt to return the merchandise without contacting us, you jeopardize our chances of making a successful claim with the carrier, and you may not receive credit for the return.
Limits of Responsibility
We accept no responsibility for user-initiated damage and/or loss of parts incurred during operation or use of product.
Return Shipping:
In most cases, the cost of return shipping will be the customer's responsibility, but this is evaluated on an order by order basis, and if warranted, a prepaid return label may be provided to you with your return instructions to cover the cost of return shipping.
Restocking Fee:
In most cases, we do not charge a restocking fee, but in the event the item returned is not in it's original packaging, has been opened and/or needs to be sent back to the manufacturer for re-packaging, a restocking fee may apply to your return (Damaged by carrier / Defective / DOA items are exempt from restocking fees). Typical restocking fees do not exceed 10% of the order value unless the item shows signs of use, modification, misuse or tampering, which case the entire order value may be withheld. Items will be shipped within 1 business day from the date of purchase to the address provided. Orders submitted before 3PM EST will often ship the same day. We will use an appropriate shipping service and/or carrier based on the shipping service selected at checkout and can not be changed/upgraded/modified in any way once the order is submitted.
